Spring may be for growth, but Fall is for planting...

Spring gets a lot of the credit for new beginnings and growth, but we often forget that growth only happens after seeds have been planted. Fall is credited with being the season of change, leaves change colors and daylight savings time ends; however, it is rarely associated with the change in habits. A lot of people wait until the new year to make resolutions, which usually fail because planting and planning was not done. timothy-eberly-389190-unsplash
